Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, dass 6α-Brom-17β-hydroxy-17α-methyl-4-oxa-5α-androstan-3-one beträchtliche antiandrogene Wirkung besitzt. Isomere dieser Verbindung mit verschiedener Konfiguration an C-5 und C-6 wurden als inaktiv befunden.
