Zusammenfassung

Die Gomori-Reaktion für saure Phosphatase wurde an Nebennierenmarkschnitten von Rindern durchgeführt. Ihre elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchung ergab die Lokalisierung der Enzymaktivität in den Lysosomen. Chromaffine Granula und Mitochondrien zeigten keine Aktivität.
