Diagnosis of emphysematous cholecystitis by computerized tomography

Abstract

A case of emphysematous cholecystitis is presented in which computerized tomography helped to confirm the diagnosis and the extent of disease preoperatively. This unusual disorder is briefly reviewed and the clinical and radiographic findings are discussed.
