Über die Gefäßtonuswirkung des Sympatols

Zugleich ein Beitrag zur Frage der Beziehungen zwischen chemischer Konstitution und pharmakodynamischer Wirkung

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Sympatol steigert den Tonus aller mit sympathischen Vasokonstriktoren innervierten Arterien.

  2. 2.

    Diese tonussteigernde Wirkung hat ihren Angriffspunkt im sympathischen Nervenendapparat.

  3. 3.

    Nach Sympathikusausschaltung ruft Sympatol wie Adrenalin eine inverse, wahrscheinlich muskulär bedingte Tonusabnahme der Arterien hervor.

  4. 4.

    Sympatol gleicht somit in seinem Kreislaufmechanismus qualitativ dem der früher untersuchten zyklischen Seitenkettenamine (Adrenalin, Ephedrin, Ephetonin, Tyramin, Stryphnon).
