The present research, initiated by mail collaboration while Kademova was at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in Sofia, was essentially finished in October, 1971, when both authors, on leave of absence from their proper institutions, met at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (Trieste) whose hospitality is acknowledged. The authors agreed that some last uncompleted steps of the research as well as entire wording should be done by A. J. Kálnay alone in Venezuela. A task which was only concluded by him in 1974.
