Experimentelles Knochensarkom nach Radiumbestrahlung bei einem Kaninchen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Kaninchen am Kieferwinkel bestrahlt, indem eine Platinnadel, die 1 mg Radiumelement enthält, mit einem Metallplättchen während 20 Tagen unter das Periost gesteckt wird. 1 1/2 Jahre nach Entfernung von Nadel und Metallplättchen entsteht genau an der bestrahlten Stelle ein Tumor vom Bau einesosteogenen Sarkoms.
