Zusammenfassung

Die Sauerstoffaffinität des Blutes ist bei Hyperthyreosen sowie euthyreoten Männern und Ratten nach Gabe von L-3,5,3′-Trijodthyronin vermindert. Diese Rechtsverlagerung der Sauerstoffdissoziationskurve verbessert erheblich die Sauerstoffversorgung der Gewebe.

Summary

The oxygen affinity of blood in hyperthyroid patients as well as in euthyroid men and rats after treatment with tri-iodothyronine decreases. The shifting to the right of the oxygen dissociation curve improves considerably the oxygen supply of tissue.
