Summary
Excretory rythm of urinary alkaline phosphatase was studied in normal subjects and in patients with nykturia. In patients with nykturia the excretion of the enzyme is significantly higher during the night. In controls the excretion of alkaline phosphatase occurs mainly during the day But there is no correlation between enzymuria and diuresis
