Intracutantest mit Nieren-Antigen bei Patienten mit chronisch-interstitieller Nephritis

Zusammenfassung

Das pathologisch-histologische Bild der chronisch-interstitiellen Nephritis läßt an eine auto-allergische Grundlage der Krankheit denken. Hauttests nach der Mantoux-Technik mit einem wäßrigen Extrakt aus Kalbsnierenmark wurden bei insgesamt 52 Personen ausgeführt: das Ergebnis war bei 25 von 26 Patienten mit chronisch-interstitieller Nephritis negativ, ebenso bei 10 Patienten mit anderen Nierenaffektionen und bei 16 nierengesunden Kontrollpersonen. Nur bei einem Patienten mit chronischinterstitieller Nephritis kam es wiederholt zu einem stark positiven Ausfall im Sinne einer Reaktion vom „Tuberkulintyp“.

Summary

Histopathological changes in chronic interstitial nephritis suggest an auto-allergic basis of the disease. Skin-tests (according to the Mantouxtechnic) with extracts of calf-kidney medullas suspended in water, were carried out in 52 people: the results were negative in 25 out of 26 patients with chronic interstitial nephritis, as well as in 10 patients with other kidney diseases and in 16 healthy control subjects. Only in one patient with chronic interstitial nephritis there was repeatedly a marked positive effect in the form of a “tuberculin type” reaction.
