LDH-Isoenzyme in Tumoren des menschlichen Uterus

Zusammenfassung

Die LDH-Isoenzymmuster benigner und maligner Tumoren des Uterus werden untersucht und mit denen der zugehörigen normalen Gewebe verglichen. Bei Leiomyomen entsprechen sie weitgehend demjenigen des Myometriums. Leiomyosarkome zeigen eine Verschiebung nach LDH V, während bei Corpus-Carcinomen keine einheitliche Richtung besteht.

Summary

The distribution of LDH-isoenzymes in benign and malign tumors are studied and compared with that of the corresponding normal tissues. The pattern in myometrium and leiomyomas is very similar. Leiomyosarcomas have a shift to LDH V, whereas no uniform change can be shown in carcinomas of corpus uteri.
