Zusammenfassung
Bericht über eine jetzt 65jährige Patientin, die seit 2 1/2 Jahren wegen einer idiopathischen autoimmunhämolytischen Anämie mit positivem Coombs-Test vomγ-Typ und mit einer Hypo-γ-Globulinämie in Beobachtung steht. Alle Immunglobuline waren extrem vermindert. Trotz hämatologischer und klinischer Remission nach Corticoiden blieb der Coombs-Test positiv und die Hypo-γ-Globulinämie unverändert bestehen. Die Bildung inkompletter Wärmeautoantikörper wird ebenso wie die Hypo-γ-Globulinämie als Folge einer störung der Immunglobulin-Synthese aufgefaßt.
Summary
Report of a 65 years old female patient, since two and a half years suffering from an idiopathic acquired haemolytic anaemia of the autoimmune type. The direct Commbs-test was positive and the autoantibody from theγ-type. There existed simultaneously a hypogammaglobulinaemia, and all immunglobulins were extremely diminished. Although a clinical and haematological remission could be established by corticoids, the Coombs-test remained positive and the hypogammaglobulinaemia persisted. The production of the incomplete warm-autoantibodies as well as the hypogammaglobulinaemia are regarded as a result of a disturbance of the immunglobulin-synthesis.
