Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Differentialdiagnose der verschiedenen Hypokaliämien mit und ohne Erhöhung des diastolischen Blutdrucks besprochen. An Hand von klinischen Fällen werden gewisse Typen illustriert.

Summary

The differential diagnosis of the different forms of hypokalemia are discussed. They are divided in two main categories, with and without hypertension. Several examples are given to illustrate the scheme.
