Particle vibration coupling in207Pb

Abstract

States in207Pb are observed in the proton decay of the lowest 5 and 4 analog resonances in208Bi. Evidence is given that one group of these states corresponds to the206Pb(2ü, 0.8)⊗g 9/2 and208Pb(3, 2.6)⊗p 2/−13 multiplets.
