Zusammenfassung
Innerhalb der 0-Gruppe finden sich Beta-Ausscheider in einer höheren Frequenz als bei A1. Ursache ist vielleicht das geringere Antikörpermolekulargewicht bei der 0-Gruppe. Die Antikörperbestimmung im Speichel könnte unter Umständen bei der Zygotieberstimmung in der A1-Gruppe eine Rolle spielen. Die Annahme eines einfachen Genpaares V/v, welches die Antikörpersekretion kontrolliert (Furuhata u. Mitarbeiter), dürfte nicht genügen.
Summary
There is a higher frequency of beta secreters in group 0 than in A1. This is perhaps due to the lower molecular weight of the antibody in group 0. Under certain conditions, the antibody determination in saliva could be used for the determination of zygotes in groups A1. The assumption that a simple gene pair, V/v, controls the secretion of antibody (Furuhata et al.), is inadequate.
