Résumé
L'avènement des techniques de microchirurgie ont remis à l'honneur la chirurgie des lésions du plexus brachial. Les avulsions radiculaires interdisant toute action directe, les indications de neurotisation par les nerfs inter-costaux ou spinal sont posées. L'étude anatomique macroscopique et surtout microscopique fasciculaire avec comptage des fibres nerveuses permet de mieux cerner les problèmes de ces neurotisations.
