Summary
A healthy 67-year-old male traveller developed a cholera-like disease after returning from a five-week stay in Pakistan and India. In addition toVibrio parahaemolyticus and large numbers ofPseudomonas aeruginosa, two strains of enterotoxigenicEscherichia coli were isolated from a single stool specimen.
