Radiometrische Indizes und Splenektomie bei der Leberform der essentiellen Thrombopenie

Zusammenfassung

Untersucht wurden 17 gesunde Kontrollpersonen und 19 Kranke mit Leberform der essentiellen Thrombopenie. 3 Fälle wurden zur Präzisierung der Methodik benutzt.

Es stellte sich heraus, daß die Splenektomie bei der Leberform nur dann einen Erfolg zu verzeichnen hatte, wenn der Index Leber/Herz vor der Operation den Wert 2,6 bis 2,8 nicht überstiegen hatte. Die Einführung der radiometrischen Indizes und der Szintigraphie der Bauchorgane mit markierten Thrombozyten verhilft zur genaueren Prognosestellung und Auswertung des Effekts der Splenektomie bei den Leberformen der essentiellen Thrombopenie.

Summary

17 healthy control persons and 19 patients with essential thrombopenie in liver were investigated. 3 cases were used for precisioning the method. It was found out that splenectomy by thrombopenie of liver was only successful if index liver-cardia did not exceed the value of 2.6 to 2.8 before the operation. The introduction of radiometric indices and scintigraphy of abdominal organs with labeled thrombocytes makes an exactly prognosis and evaluation of effects of splenectomy in essential thrombopenie of liver possible.
