Entwicklung von Di Guglielmo-Syndromen aus chronischen myeloischen Leukämien

Zusammenfassung

In unserem Krankengut von 95 akuten Erwachsenen-Leukämien kamen neben 4 Erythroleukämien 2 ErythrämienDi Guglielmo vor. Beide waren bei seit 2 Jahren bekannten, mit Busulfan behandelten chronischen myeloischen Leukämien entstanden. Besonderer Wert wird auf die Charakterisierung der pathologischen Zellen im Knochenmarkausstrich gelegt, und aus kinetischer Sicht werden Zusammenhänge der Zellarten aufgezeigt. Die Ergebnisse der Knochenmarkkultivierung weisen auf eine Reifungsstörung bei der ErythrämieDi Guglielmo mit ihren Paraerythroblasten hin, die bei anderen Erythroleukämien nicht vorkommt.

Summary

From 95 patients with acute leukemia of adults we observed 4 erythroleukemias and 2Di Guglielmo diseases. Two chronic myeloid leukemias, treated with busulfan, were terminated by an acute erythremic myelosisDi Guglielmo. Special attention was given to the morphological characteristics of the pathologic cells in the bone marrow smears. From the kinetical point of view connections between cell precursors were demonstrated. The results of bone marrow cultivation of an acute erythremic myclosis point to a damaged maturation, will say ineffective erythrocytopoiesis. In contrast, two erythroleukemias show a normal maturation in vitro.
