Zusammenfassung
Es werden einige spezielle Probleme betrachtet, um die Bedeutung der konventionellen statischen und kinetischen Verfahren zur Stabilitätsbestimmung von Gleichgewichtszuständen kontinuierlicher mechanischer Systeme zu untersuchen. Die behandelten Systeme sind: Die elastische (homogene oder inhomogene) Saite, der elastische Balken unter Zug, das zwei- und dreidimensionale, der üblichen und einer verallgemeinerten Wellengleichung gehorchende Kontinuum und ein elastischer Körper unter endlicher Deformation. Es stellt sich in allen Fällen heraus, dass dann, wenn die üblichen Stabilitätsverfahren Stabilität voraussagen, die durch Störkräfte hervorgerufene Bewegung klein bleibt, vorausgesetzt, dass gewisse zeitliche Ableitungen der Störkräfte hinreichend beschränkt sind.
