The dipole pomeron and pp scattering

Abstract

A dipole Pomeron model is applied to high energy pp scattering. It is shown that the model reproduces both: the dip structure in the differential cross section and the break in the slope at small ¦t¦. The model indicates the existence of a hard core inside the proton.
