The decay modeτπων τ and second class currents

  • Published:

Abstract

Predictions of a set of equal-time commutators between first and second class currents for the decayτπων τ are discussed. Such experiment should be feasible with the present detectors at SPEAR/PEP and DORIS/PETRA.

  16. There is an erroneous statement made by the Pluto Coll. (G. Flügge: Z. Phys. C1, 121 (1979)) In the (ρ π) system they find “no indications for a Jp=1 s-wave from second class axial currents”. Neither the second classaxial current nor the second classvector current can contribute to the 1 s-wave in th (ρ π) system. This is the wrong place to look!
