Zusammenfassung

Bericht und Diskussion über die Venentransplantation und Thromboendarteriektomie als Behandlung der Claudicatio intermittens bei Verschlüssen der Bein-und Beckenarterien.

Ausführliche Beschreibung der Technik und der Operationsergebnisse anhand von 88 Fällen: Die unmittelbaren postoperativen Erfolge betragen über 80%, die Dauererfolge nach 2–3 Jahren etwa 45%.

Analyse der Mißerfolge.

Besprechung der Möglichkeiten, die Dauerresultate weiter zu verbessern.
