Elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen an den Lebersinusoiden bei Virushepatitis

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Ergebnisse elektronenmikroskopischer Untersuchungen von Leberpunktaten bei Virushepatitis im Stadium des beginnenden Ikterus (Subikterus) berichtet. Das submikroskopische Bild der Lebersinusoide wird beschrieben. Die submikroskopischen Befunde an der Blutgewebsgrenze in der Leber werden bestimmt von indirekten, durch die Virusinfektion im Rahmen unspezifischer Aktivierung hervorgerufener Veränderungen an den Endothelzellen und von direkt virusbedingten und funktionell-kompensatorischen Veränderungen an den Leberzellen.

Die elektronenoptischen Befunde werden hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung für den Leberzellstoffwechsel, das Zustandekommen des Ikterus, das Problem der serösen Hepatitis und die allgemeine Pathogenese der Virushepatitis erörtert.
