The influence of urea on protein synthesis of stimulated lymphocytes

Summary

After an incubation time of 90 hours, urea at concentrations from 100 to 500 mg-% leads to a significant reduction of the protein synthesis of PHA-stimulated human lymphocytes.

Zusammenfassung

Harnstoff in Konzentrationen von 100–500 mg-% führt nach einer Inkubationszeit von 90 Std zu einer signifikanten Reduktion der Proteinsynthese in PHA-stimulierten menschlichen Lymphocyten.
