Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine Methode der szintigraphischen Darstellung der Leber bei Kaninchen und Ratten nach Gabe von kolloidalem Radiogold berichtet. Nach Diskussion der Strahlenbelastungen wird die Anwendbarkeit der Methode bei menschlichen Lebererkrankungen diskutiert.
