Über die Bedeutung und Beweiskraft der Kerngeschlechtsdiagnostik

Zusammenfassung

Bei normalgeschlechtlichen Personen haben beide Methoden der Kerngeschlechtsdiagnostik (aus den Gewebekernen und den Kernen der Leukocyten) volle Beweiskraft. Einige technische Besonderheiten werden besprochen. Die Bedeutung der Methoden wird an den Fragestellungen aufgezeigt. Ungleich größer ist ihre Bedeutung für die Diagnostik der Intersexe. Die Befunde werden den Ergebnissen der Chromosomendiagnostik gegenübergestellt; besondere Chromosomenkonstellationen sind mit besonderen Befunden des Geschlechtschromatins der Kerne, weniger der Leukocyten, verbunden. Wenn hier die Kerngeschlechtsmethoden auch nicht die volle Beweiskraft der direkten Chromosomenuntersuchungen haben können, so geben sie doch wichtige Hinweise und ermöglichen die Deutung eines fraglichen X-Chromosoms. Methodische Besonderheiten können die Kerndiagnostik von Tumoren irreleiten. Sicher ist, daß Teratome von dem Kerngeschlecht des Trägers abweichen können.
