Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine neue Mikro-Schnell-Methode zur Bestimmung des Blut-O2 auf elektrochemischem Wege beschrieben. Der besondere Vorteil dieses Verfahrens ist eine kurze Bestimmungsdauer (etwa 90 sec) bei einer Genauigkeit von ± 0,5 Vol.-%. Für eine O2-Messung genügen 0,05 ml Blut.
