Zusammenfassung

Die histochemische Darstellung der Wirkung alkalischer Phosphatase im Endometrium und Ovar ergibt in den einzelnen Phasen des mensuellen Cyclus charakteristische Bilder. Sie lassen die Methode geeignet erscheinen, zu diagnostischen Zwecken angewendet zu werden.

Im Uterusmuskel tritt das Ferment unter der Geburt gleichfalls mit wechselnder Aktivität auf. Die sich daraus ergebenden Fragen bedürfen weiterer Klärung.
