Zusammenfassung
Organische Phosphatester im Blut gesunder Probanden werden mit einer Mikromethode auf der Basis der Ionenaustauschchromatographie quantitativ erfaßt und dem Gehalt dieser Verbindungen in isolierten Erythrocyten gegenübergestellt. Auf die Problematik ungleicher Entnahmetechnik und die Hydrolyseerscheinungen bei der Isolierungsprozedur wird hingewiesen. Bei der Niereninsuffizienz mit ausgeprägter Retention harnpflichtiger Substanzen im Serum fallen bei Beziehung auf vergleichbare Werte unter Berücksichtigung des Hämatokrits folgende Besonderheiten auf:

Eine Verminderung des säurelöslichen, d.h. organisch gebundenen Phosphats zugunsten der anorganischen Phosphorsäure.

2.
Eine Erniedrigung des Quotienten ATP:ADP.

3.
Eine Vermehrung an Uridindiphosphatglucose und -glucuronsäure.
-
4.
Eine Verminderung von 2,3-Diphosphoglycerinsäure.
-
5.
Ein gegenüber der Norm auf 1,0 vermindertes Verhältnis von TPNH zu TPN.
Die Befunde werden unter dem Gesichtspunkt einer metabolischen Störung bei der Urämie und ihr möglicher Anteil beim Zustandekommen nephrogener Anämien besprochen.
