Thrombozytose bei Meerschweinchen unter massiver Behandlung mit 5-Hydroxytryptamin (Serotonin)

Zusammenfassung

Nach intraperitonealer Injektion hoher Serotonindosen von 100–800 µMol 5-Hydroxytryptamin pro kg und Tag während 20 Tagen erfolgt beim Meerschweinchen eine signifikante Vermehrung der Thrombocyten im peripheren Blut, die nach Absetzen der Injektionen allmählich wieder verschwindet.
