Die Ultraschall-Auflösung von Thromben

Summary

A new method of thrombotic material by ultrasound is reported. Preliminary experiments first showed that it is possible to destroy fresh thrombi of different size and to remove them simultaneously. With the same method thrombi of the vena iliaca communis of the dog were completely removed. Till now, important and limiting side-effects were not seen

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde über eine neue Methode der Thrombenauflösung mittels Ultraschall berichtet. Zunächst wird an in-vitro-Versuchen gezeigt, daß es mittels Ultraschall (26,8 kHz, Amplitude 25 µ) möglich ist, frische Thromben unterschiedlicher Größe aufzulösen und zugleich ihre Bestandteile abzusaugen. Künstlich gesetzte Thromben im Bereich der V. iliaca communis des Hundes konnten mit dem gleichen Verfahren entfernt werden. Wesentliche Nebenwirkungen, die den Einsatz dieser Methode begrenzen, wurden bisher nicht beobachtet.
