Zusammenfassung

Die vonThorn leicht modifizierte Kammerzählung der Bluteosinophilen nachDunger ist, bei genauer Einhaltung der hier gegebenen Vorschriften, für das klinische Laboratorium, insbesondere aber für rasch aufeinanderfolgende, tierexperimentelle Untersuchungen, sehr geeignet, rasch und zuverlässig. Die Fehlerbreite beträgt nur ± 14% gegenüber ± 48% bei der Differenzierung des Ausstrichpräparates.
