Die Dermislappenplastik für den Verschluß von Körperhöhlen

Zusammenfassung

An Hand von 32 Fällen wird die Eignung von Dermislappen zum Ausgleich von Resektionsdefekten und zur Stabilisierung der Körperwand beschrieben.

Die Plastik wurde neunmal am Schädel, viermal am Bauch und erstmalig auch bei 16 Fällen von ausgedehnter Thoraxwand- und 5 Fällen von Sternumresektionen erfolgreich angewendet. Die hierfür entwickelte Technik erwies sich sowohl für die Einheilung der Transplantate, als auch für die Wiederherstellung einer normalen Atemtechnik als sehr geeignet.

Die Dermislappen scheinen sowohl hinsichtlich ihrer Verträglichkeit, wie ihrer Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Komplikationen und letztlich auch hinsichtlich ihrer Festigkeit allen anderen plastischen Wiederherstellungsmethoden mindestens ebenbürtig, wenn nicht überlegen. Da sie zusätzlich noch relativ leicht und in nahezu unbegrenzter Größe zu erhalten sind, wird ihre Verwendung in der rekonstruktiven Chirurgie der Körperwände empfohlen.
