Über das „sogenannte Adamantinom” der langen Röhrenknochen

Singuläre Beobachtung als Beitrag zur Differentialdiagnose

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein „Sog. Adamantinom” des Humerus bei einem 19jährigen Mann berichtet, welches sich als osteogenes Sarkom erwies. Eine Übersicht der 52 bisher publizierten Fälle des Weltschrifttums mit ihren verschiedenen histogenetischen Deutungen macht wahrscheinlich, daß die seltenen „sog. Adamantinome” weder eine klinische, noch pathohistologische Eigenständigkeit beanspruchen können. Sie stellen eine Sammlung pleomorpher, meist bösartiger mesenchymaler Tumoren dar, unter denen maligne Synovialome und Sarkome dominieren.
