Acta Neurochirurgica Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

A report is given of 5 personal cases of extradural spinal meningioma together with a reference to 15 cases in the literature. The problems of pre- and intra-operative diagnosis, and of the origin of these tumours are discussed. Extradural spinal meningioma can be diagnosed with certainty only by intra-operative biopsy.
