Summary
A case of hydrocephalus secondary to hemorrhage from an aneurysm of the bifurcation of the basilar artery is presented. The surgical treatment of the aneurysm and the hydrocephalus is described. The site of the cerebrospinal fluid pathway obstruction was verified at craniotomy.
