Abstract
Pure and doped LiF-crystals have been investigated with respect to thermoluminescence and thermally stimulated conductivity after excitation with X-rays. The peak near 107 ‡K can be correlated with the decay ofH-centers and is described by a special model. On the basis of the analysis of the glowcurves a temperature dependent mobility of the electrons is assumed. The decay of theV k-centers is responsible for two other glowpeaks near 128 and 138 ‡K. For the 128 ‡K peak the experimental results are explained by a general kinetic consideration which requires again a temperature-dependence of the carrier mobility.
