Zusammenfassung
Aus Sondenmessungen an synthetischen Einkristallen im Temperaturbereich von −183 bis + 300° C folgt eine Herabsetzung der beobachteten Leitfähigkeit durch adsorbierten Sauerstoff. Für solche, mit Sauerstoff beladene Kristalle ergibt eine Abschätzung, daß die Konzentration der Donatoren in einer dünnen Oberflächenschicht größer ist als im Kristallinneren.
