Nachweis von Antioxydantien in Fetten mit Hilfe der Dünnschichtchromatographie auf Polyamidpulver

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde die chromatographische Trennung einiger phenolischer Antioxydantien auf einer Polyamid-Dünnschichtplatte untersucht. Die hierfür empfohlene Methode zum Nachweis dieser Verbindungen ist rasch, bequem und einfach durchzuführen. Die Methode besitzt einige Vorteile vor der papierchromatographischen Trennung sowie vor dem früher beschriebenen Seher-Verfahren.
