Elektronenleitfähigkeit von Anthracen-Einkristallen

Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit berichtet über Untersuchungen der spezifischen elektrischen Leitfähigkeit von Anthracen-Einkristallen. Es wird eine Anisotropie der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit, eine begrenzte Gültigkeit desOhmschen Gesetzes und eine exponentielle Abhängigkeit der Leitfähigkeit von der Temperatur festgestellt. Die Ergebnisse führen zu der Annahme, daß Anthracen ein Elektronen-Eigenhalbleiter ist.
