Zusammenfassung

Organische Objekte werden bei Anwendung hoher Vergrößerungen im Elektronenmikroskop zu Kohle abgebaut. Der Abbau von dünnen Nitrozellulosehäuten zu rußähnlich aufgebauten Folien wird im Elektronenbeugungsbild verfolgt.
