Samenansatz und Fertilität in einer alpinen Population vonOphrys insectifera

Zusammenfassung

An einem hochgelegenen Standort in Tirol verhält sichOphrys insectifera fortpflanzungsbiologisch bis in alle Einzelheiten übereinstimmend mit den Angaben anderer Beobachter für andersartige Standorte und geographisch weit entfernte Fundorte: trotz Selbstfertilität tritt keine spontane Selbstbestäubung ein. Fremdbestäubung erfolgt wenig ausgiebig und funktioniert unvollkommen, wie sich daraus ergibt, daß bestäubte Blüten Pollinien enthalten können und unbestäubten die Pollinien fehlen können.
