46. Indikatorische Probleme bei Aortenaneurysmen thorakal und abdominal aus chirurgischer Sicht

Summary

All sacular and all significant fusiform abdominal aneurysms should be excised. Aneurysms of the ascending aorta should also be excised when they are associated with aortic valvular insufficiency or are secondary to a coaretation.

Dissecting aortic aneurysms should be treated under hypotension if possible, and an operation should only be performed in the acute stage when there is a special indication.

Zusammenfassung

Alle sakulären, wie auch signifikanten fusiformen Bauchaorten-Aneurysmen sollten reseziert werden. Aortenaneurysmen im Bereich der Aorta ascendens sollten ebenfalls reseziert werden, wenn sie mit einer Aorteninsuffizienz kombiniert sind oder im Anschlllß an eine Coarctatio auftreten.

Ein dissezierendes Aortenaneurysma sollte primär hypotensiv behandelt werden und nur bei spezieller Indikation im Akutstadium operiert werden.
