53. Zur Behandlung monströser Bauchwandhernien

Summary

From 1975 to 1982 105 patients with giant defects of the abdominal wall and chronic eventeration of part of the intestine have been operated. Technique, pathophysiology of the modified “Cutisplastik” and results are demonstrated. Due to the three dimensional network of the lymphatic and vascular system the corium is well vascularized and nourished. This facilitates vascularization of the autotransplant and accelerates wound healing. Grave disadvantages of this method have not been seen.

Zusammenfassung

Von 1975–1982 wurden 105 Patienten mit übergroßen Bauchwandhernien mit chronischer Eventration an unserer Klinik versorgt. Technik, Pathophysiologie der modifizierten Cutisplastik sowie Ergebnisse werden dargestellt. Das Corium ist durch ein in mehrere Schichten angeordnetes Lymph- und Blutgefäßsystem gut vascularisiert. Daher ist die Gefäßeinsprossung aus dem Gewebe in das Autotransplantat leicht möglich, die Einheilung geschieht somit schneller. Nachteile der Implantation von Vollhaut wurden nicht gesehen.
