Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
There are not two different types of interstitial cells, i. e., adrenergic and cholinergic ones. There are no interstitial sensitive cells either, but the system of interstitial cells itself is capable of reacting in response to different local stimulations. It represents, therefore, the most simple apparatus of peripheral regulation.
-
2.
Some filaments of the syncytium of interstitial cells possess envelopping and insulating tubulous sheaths.
-
3.
The author opposesBoeke's theory concerning the analogy between the interstitial cells of the neurovegetative system and some other formations (granulated protoplasma of the motoric plaque, elements of sensitive corpuscles). There are profound morphological, physiological, and chemical differences between the two types of formations.
-
4.
The struggle between neuronists and reticularists is sterile. The nervous system is not homogeneous but rather heterogeneous. It is composed not only of neurones but also of nervous reticula.
Résumé
-
1.
