Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
Hypoxaemic alterations of the electrocardiogram of different degrees are found in the sympathicotonic cerebral oedema stage of recent gun-shot injuries to the brain.
-
2.
In analogy to modern concepts with regard to the effect of the sympathetic and the vagus on the electrocardiogram, these alterations are thought to be related to increased sympathicotonic impulses on the myocard.
-
3.
Attention is called to the fact that there are flowing transitions between organic myocardial noxes and functional vegetative disturbances of the myocard, for the at first transient functional disturbances can at last be determined as being organic.
-
4.
The question is ventilated, whether the hypoxaemia of the myocard based on an increased sympathicotonus is induced by a decrease of blood circulation in the coronary vessels of the heart or by a direct effect on the myocard. In view ofRaab's extensive researches on the effect of sympathicomimetic amines on the myocard and on the accumulation of these substances in the myocard, respectively, in the case of certain diseases, preference is given to the latter opinion.
-
5.
At last, the question of the origin of the pain in the myocard, particularly in case of angina pectoris, is discussed.
Résumé
-
1.
