  • Published:
Biotechnology Letters Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

An improved minimal medium for growth ofCorynebacterium glutamicum has been designed. In particular,C.glutamicum's inefficiency in assimilating iron has been overcome by optimization of the synergistic effects of sodium citrate and ferrous sulfate on the growth rate.
