Conclusion
The results of the investigation make it possible to draw a conclusion that the DFPI processes do not influence significantly the spectral composition and the energy values of the output FIR emission in a superradiant CH3F laser. They are determined in fact by the Raman processes. But anyway the DFPI processes are of great importance for the MIR emission generation and lead to the appearance of a large number of intensive MIR lines in the IR wavelength range.
