Abstract

Two children showing the unusual features of dental dysplasia, thoracic aortic calcification, osteoporosis and radiographic changes of the hands similar to that seen in severe anemia are reported. The etiology is unknown, although both children had a history of fever of unknown origin in early infancy. There were no hematologic, genetic or biochemical abnormalities. This combination of clinical and radiographic features has not been previously reported.
