Abstract
The paper investigates the observation of coherent radiation in separated fields for the case of two-level atoms. The coherent radiation is due to polarization transfer at large distances. The Doppler phase angle is cancelled due to a phase jump at the nonlinear interaction of the fields with the atoms. A peak in intensity with a width inversely proportion to the flight time arises at the line center.
